What is it about the side panels , they are rare as hens teeth over in England ! Are they any easier to get second hand in the continent. It seems every GPZ I see has at least 1 side panel missing or broken. My bike has them but even these are cracked and to buy new from Kawasaki will cost about 110 euros each ! Shocked

My fairings were also full of cracks. I used some Motip Fibre Putty. It helped for some time...but I think that it probably also needs some glassfibre cloth for support.

Another solution could be melting the plastic? As it should be ABS plastic, it could be carefully melted together (with additional pieces for support).
