My bike picks up RPM, as I turn (less if I turn to left), about 1200->4000 RPM. So I thought that maybe I should loosen up the cable (it has no play, practically), but I can't adjust idling with the idle screw (plastic, black screw on left). I turn it, but the RPMs doesn't change. Which way should I turn? Or is there a way around?

// Last owner mentioned that this screw is faulty. I'll take air filter and fuel tank off and see, what can I do.

#2 // Problem solved! I took off fuel tank and sprayed little bit WD40 into thread/mechanism. Now it moves and everything is fine.
